Founded by our Chairman, Alexander Tjilen in 1991, our journey began with a humble guesthouse — the origins of what is now known as Bell Hotel. 

From this modest beginning, a proud family legacy was born: a hospitality group known as Graha Hospitality Management also known as GHM Hotel Merauke, officially launched in 2022.

Rooted in South Papua, we are more than just a hotel chain. We are dedicated to strengthening and shaping the region’s hospitality industry — by creating meaningful job opportunities for the local community, celebrating Papuan culture through property, and broadening the reach of local tourism through our management’s active presence on social media channels.

Over more than 300 guest rooms across our properties, ranging from cozy solo rooms to spacious suites, we ensure a comfortable stay tailored to diverse needs.

Moreover, our comprehensive meeting facilities include 14 versatile rooms equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video systems, accommodating gatherings of up to 400 attendees. We also provide indoor and outdoor catering services, along with transportation between our hotels, ensuring seamless travel for guests.
